An Instant Manager

Management By Example....(Lead N Kick)

You Lead and The Other Will Follows...obviously that's how it works. Started to see new young and 'cute' new promoted managers playing with their authorities . They started to questions the other's credibility and become so paranoia with their immunities. They have changed their perspective and behaviour drastically to fit in with the new position..and they are willing to sacrifise their dignity with it.

Ie: A New Manager hang up phone without any reason..after one of his subordinate want to verify an important issues, tried to call back and he yelled at the fellow..reason is he is too busy and dont want to be disturb.

It's fun to see their probation end with so many enemy and of course..drives along the bad reputation. At the end of the day, the subordinates will look them as an idiot . Cant change them...so just ignore and let them feel good about it.

Yeah...they can be count in numbers...rare to see..but they exist in the organization. This is what we called..An Instant Manager.

Macam ketam mengajar anaknya berjalan..kan kan kan janet kan.
